About
Jen lives in the PNW with a realization of how very little we can sense or know. Using light-sensitive paper inside a can pierced with a tiny hole or a Pinsta pinhole camera, Jen welcomes the surprises and happenstance of this slow, unpredictable way of seeing. It’s how she moves through the world, with curiosity and openness to what might emerge. Recently her pinhole images have been exhibited at The Grover Gallery, Jeannette Best Gallery, Unique Photo, and Blue Sky Gallery, and published in Strait Up, SHOTS, and Analogue Forever magazines.
Jen has taught pinhole photography workshops at Northwind Arts, BARN, Brooklyn Film Camera, Alchemy Arts Center, Society for Photographic Education, The Grover Gallery, Quilcene School District, PEARL, Point Wilson Lighthouse, and Raw Art Collective.
