Joyce Hester

Artist Bio & Description: After a full career in healthcare finance, Joyce moved to Port Townsend in 2017 where she now works as a full-time artist. Her oil paintings are impressionistic in style - created outdoors (en plein air) and in her studio. Many have been juried into prestigious national shows with organizations such as American Impressionist Society and Oil Painters of America. Her award-winning paintings feature favorite subjects such as scenes from the Pacific Northwest and animals.
